The third edition of the Birra Moretti Grand Cru Award is taking place in these days. The competition is reserved to Italian chefs under 35-years-old who “love using beer when cooking.”
An important piece of news was introduced this year concerning the structure of the recipes that the competitors have to present. According to the regulations, one of the beers from the Moretti range (Birra Moretti, Birra Moretti La Rossa, Birra Moretti Doppio Malto, Birra Moretti Baffo d'Oro, Birra Moretti Zero and Birra Moretti Grand Cru) must be used both as an ingredient and a drink.
The award regulations are the same as last year. By 22nd July, the participants must submit their [...more con il testo completo della notizia "Birra Moretti Grand Cru Award gets to the heart of the presentation of candidates">>]

According to what scientists and most important international experts say - read the notice of the prestigious Association with offices in Boulevard Malesherbes in Paris - between 2040 and 2050, the oceans risk to be without life if we continue to wildly exploit its resources.
